With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, I am a seasoned professional specialising in employment law and Employee Relations (ER) issues. My expertise lies in navigating complex legal landscapes, developing effective HR policies, and resolving employee disputes.
I have also created numerous courses and formulas covering Quiet Quitting, Retaining Superstar Employees and Absence management. I understand the frustrations that many business owners have when it comes to employee relations issues where they feel frustrated in not knowing how to deal with issues that effect their company performance and culture.
I have a military background serving for 8 years in the Armed Forces before working in numerous industries and sectors from health and fitness to transport and operations. Paul recently received his CIPD Fellowship qualification.
