Andrew Bourke has been involved in HR and Recruitment since 1996. Having worked with and for both small and large and UK and International business in the past, he brings a wealth of experience of over 23 years to the table.

As our Managing Director and Lead HR Consultant, Andrew will deal with your issues head on, providing solutions to your staff and employment law issues in a no nonsense way.

Andrew has represented both clients and claimants at Employment Tribunal.

Lindsay Bourke

Lindsay Bourke is our administrator and likely first point of contact in the office. When you call you will be able to speak with a real person who will ensure that your details are taken and passed onto Andrew.

Lindsay also deals with Contracts of Employment and making sure our clients COE are kept up to date.

With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, I am a seasoned professional specialising in employment law and Employee Relations (ER) issues. My expertise lies in navigating complex legal landscapes, developing effective HR policies, and resolving employee disputes.

I have also created numerous courses and formulas covering Quiet Quitting, Retaining Superstar Employees and Absence management. I understand the frustrations that many business owners have when it comes to employee relations issues where they feel paralysed in how to deal with issues that affect their company performance and culture.

I have a military background serving for 8 years in the Armed Forces before working in numerous industries and sectors from health and fitness to transport and operations.
